Community Care Fair
The Nathaniel H. Pickett II Foundation Annual Community Care Fair services the community and aims to eliminate the stigma around mental health by providing spaces and resources for learning, healing, and building community. 
The Nathaniel H. Pickett II Foundation has actively supported families in their pursuit of justice by providing lunch-ins. We provided participants fish fry to enjoy as well as a collaborative environment to share our stories and support each other.
At our partner Active Minds’ Capitol Hill conference, we have connected with professionals and aspiring leaders in mental health. We are grateful for this opportunity to share our foundation’s story with organizations of similar specializations.
 
Our partner events with the NCRF College Expos uniquely opens the doors for students to secure acceptance to colleges on the spot. In addition to this opportunity, attendees can also benefit from having their college application fees waived, along with the chance to receive scholarships on the spot. 
 
Our foundation has also helped provide meals, transportation, and coordination of activities at the Families United 4 Justice Conference.
