Dominic Archibald
Director
Ms. Dominic Archibald is the Mother of Nathaniel “Nate” Pickett II, the Foundation’s namesake. She is a retired Army Colonel and two-time combat Veteran, having served in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. She was assigned to the Joint Staff J4 stationed at the Pentagon on 9-11-2001. Beyond her service to her country, Dominic has served in her community with youth initiatives for over 30 years. She is on the National Board for Families United 4 Justice, a coalition of families who have lost loved ones to law enforcement lawlessness. She has testified in several states for bills to protect all people from police brutality. Dominic is a member of the Circle of Red for the American Heart Association, a fundraiser for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a member of Top Ladies of Distinction and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her formal education includes a bachelor’s degree from Stillman College, and two graduate degrees from California State University Dominguez Hills and the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, respectively. She is also a graduate of Emerge Nevada and was most recently a doctoral candidate. Nate was her only child.
Grover Anthony Prince Jr.
Board Member
Grover Anthony Prince Jr is a native of Jamaica, Queens, New York. A graduate of York College CUNY with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. While in high school and college he participated in track and field. He continues to be a United States of America Track and Field (USATF) Athlete today. Mr. Prince also serves his community as a USATF coach (certified at levels 1&2) training and mentoring hundreds of America’s youths since 1992. His dedication to young adults, children and his community resulted in his current position of Metropolitan Athletic Congress Board member and Youth Athletics Chair (since 2010). Mr. Prince worked with the United States Postal Service for 37 years. He served as a National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Shop Steward. In his spare time, he enjoys genealogy research and website construction.
Brittini Pittman
Board Member
Dr. Brittini Pittman is a researcher dedicated to advancing mental health care for young adults, specifically ages 12-24. Her work focuses on exploring the unique challenges and needs of this demographic, especially in urban areas. Outside of research, she’s passionate about community involvement, particularly through ministry work with young adults at her church. As someone who values family and the support it brings, she’s proud to call the Southern US home.
Chris Archer
Director of Information & Technology
Christopher “Chris” Archer was born in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School in 1987. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Howard University in 1991. After graduation Chris held senior positions at a Fortune 500 Company and a Big 4 Consulting firm. In 2002 he established an Information Technology consulting firm, that provided Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), network security and communications security services to U.S. Federal Civilian and Defense clients across the globe. The company achieved numerous awards and reached over $40m in revenue. Chris was semi-retired for several years and is now working for Microsoft managing internal audit for their Federal Government portfolio. Chris is also an adjunct professor at Montgomery College.
Crystal Chen
Communications, Marketing, and Social Media Intern
Crystal Chen is currently an undergraduate student studying communications and general statistics at UC Davis. Since high school, she has written for many publications both in and outside of school — namely IHS Voice, FCSN Voices, and The California Aggie. Outside writing, she has advocated for neurodiverse individuals by arranging club events, leading educational presentations, overseeing inclusive tutoring, and proposing curriculum changes to district officials. With her communications and statistics degrees, Crystal aims to introduce quantitative approaches to her advocacy to better represent the community around her.
